TAIWAN!

Day 1 & 2

Skies have never been bluer. The gradient of the blue and the whites kept me amazed throughout the entire journey and it was sooo beautiful! The clouds too, were so fluffy and looked really soft! So pretty!

This is up the mountain at Jiu Fen. The place is really cold and hazy, but lots of good food in the very busy street-like market! Lots of souvenirs and food that you can buy back home. Hehe. Dogs are allowed to roam freely there and there are quite a number of owners bringing their dogs there!

And next time if anyone ever goes taiwan, pleaseee don’t waste money and time on a guided tour. Go free and easy! With prior research done to your trip, it’s not difficult to take their MRT-lookalike to travel around! My uncle knew some people there and his very very very generous friend came along to guide us around Taiwan. He’s really damn awesome la! Haha!

MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY BOXING DAY!

I feel incredibly blessed and loved this season. Though without the raging parties and the nights out late, family time was much more emphasised on this year! More so, because I finally met baby’s whole family! Hahaha. Scary yknow! But it turned out well, everyone was superbly nice and his cousins were so so adorable! Finally saw baby’s new car! Orange and rocking, but its a manual, which means I can’t drive it. Ughh!

Its been a very tiring festive period, with heaps of food and drinks and late nights, my body seemed to be taking its toll on me. Now faced with the mountain of FYP need-to-complete, I am dreading it so bad. Who does work on the festive season anyway! Sucks! Hahaha. 

Sooooo wanna catch a movie! So many nice ones that’s been out in the theatres! Avatar, Sherlock, Chipmunks (haha, too cute!). I heard Avatar is REALLY GOOD! Hmm, really want to see it 3D! Alright, time for more floor plans, and things that an architect does. I don’t remember understand why am I required to do things an architect is supposed to do! Is that even in the requirements of my diploma course? The school is so darn irritating and I’m SO GLAD to be outta there in like… 3 months? HOORAY! 

Oh did I mention school starts next week?!?! Wtf right. So fast! The only thing that I look forward to in school is seeing Sweets and my fav girlfriend! Oh, yeah, and graduating. Can’t wait to graduate!!

I’M BACK!

Wow, feels like forever since I’ve last blogged. Life has been crazy thus far, and finally, I can get a day off to sit down and rest. What I’ve been up to for the past few weeks or so have been school, school and more school. How boring. Final Year Project indeed kills. I mean, you kinda hear it from the seniors how bad FYP sucks, but you cannot, and never will truly understand UNTIL you experience it for yourself. 

I need to breathe.

Anyway, I’m kinda back from my 6 day trip to Hongkong & Taiwan! It was amazing… but seriously seriously draining. When I said I needed a getaway, I don’t mean one where I walked till my legs could break, and that we have hardly any time to rest. Hectic much. But still enjoyable! My parents were generous and I managed to buy a couple of things back home. Regretted not getting more! Hehe! I’ll probably do up a more detailed post about my holiday when I’ve gotten more pictures from my cousin! 

For now… I am going to rest! And rest to my fill because I have only one week of holidays left! AHHH. 

YAY HOLIDAYS! <3

I really need a good break tonight. Been driving myself crazy with submissions, and more submissions…. Please let it all be over soon. I ate my first meal of the day at 5.30. Manhattan’s Fish Market was surprisingly good + cheap! The student’s meal especially! I am not a fan of fried food so I ordered this aglio olio w fish and calamari, omg it was goooood!! B’s platter was huge! Silly him didn’t see the smaller version of it so he ordered the 2 person’s platter. Haha. Gosh, the waiter must have thought we are pigs or something?

I got really hungry so I didn’t have any pictures of the food, but here’s some visuals, to liven up this dying ranting space.

Happy 23rd month (and a few days now). I love you bb. The boy who’s willing to read through my report to help me see if it’s okay, and in the end neglected his assignment that has to be handed in the next day. I’m sorry, I didn’t know.

As you can see, my camera is losing its focus. Okay, maybe it doesn’t have the anti-blur function (it’s 2 years old!), and I need a new one! Lumix LX-3, or T27? Both has it’s advantage and disadvantage and I don’t know which to chose… I know LX-3 is really good but the zoom is really bad! But it has a manual function that I would die for! And T27? The colors are seemingly nicer (IDK why), and it has 12x zoom!! Plus, its a hundred dollars cheaper! Ahhhh.

I am still hungry, I want the Tom yum soup Lyn and Grace keep raving about…. I’m really hungry.  

The chill that’s outside is getting to me. I am feeling really cold in just a spag and fbts. Unglam, I know, but who cares, I’m home. Maybe it’s time to put the new Uniqlo fleece/fur vest I bought to some good use.

B is probably half hating me that our dates are getting so boring… I am stressing out about schoolwork half the time I’m out. I can’t help it, I can simply put it aside and pretend it doesn’t exist because I know it’s there and I can’t seem to ignore it. This time, I can’t promise him better dates at the end of every block. This block doesn’t end till Feb and happier days will only begin then.

Our 2nd anniversary plan is half ruined because we’ve been very bad kids this year. Spending and spending and not saving. Oh nooo.
